Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

MyTrees — the sign-in accounts, the migration portal and the TANZANA Agro programme — is operated, and personal data controlled, by PERFECT NETWORK, Inc., odštěpný závod, Company ID (IČO) 05274630, registered office Fügnerovo náměstí 1808/3, Nové Město, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic ("we").

Shares in MY TREES Holding SE and its register of shareholders are controlled separately by MY TREES Holding SE, IČO 03127702, in the holdings.mytrees.click application, under its own policy.

2. What we process

• Sign-in data: email and password, or data from your Google account (see §3).
• Identity & contact: first/last name, nickname, gender, date of birth, address, phone, email.
• Business data: company name, company ID, VAT ID (for entrepreneurs).
• Membership & investment records: portfolio (trees, project shares, centres), wallets and ledger, commissions and rewards, sponsorship tree, order history — migrated from the legacy MY TREES systems.
• Payment data: bank details (IBAN/account) where previously provided.

3. Signing in with Google

If you use "Continue with Google", we receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. We use these solely to create and authenticate your account. We do not access your Google content (Gmail, Drive, contacts), and we do not sell or pass this data to third parties for marketing.

4. Purpose & legal basis

• Performance of contract and account administration — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b).
• Legal obligations (accounting, tax) — GDPR Art. 6(1)(c).
• Legitimate interest in account security and data migration — GDPR Art. 6(1)(f).
• Consent for marketing — GDPR Art. 6(1)(a).

5. Processors & recipients

We use the following processors:

• Supabase — authentication and database (hosted in the EU, Frankfurt).
• Cloudflare — application hosting and image storage.
• Google — optional sign-in with a Google account.

If you are a shareholder of MY TREES Holding SE, we pass it the account details its register of shareholders needs. We do not intend to transfer data to third countries beyond the processors listed above.

6. Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary — for the duration of membership and the minimum period required by law (whichever is longer). Marketing data is kept for the validity of your consent.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and to withdraw consent. Send requests to support@mytrees.click. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (www.uoou.cz).
