MyTrees — the sign-in accounts, the migration portal and the TANZANA Agro programme — is operated by PERFECT NETWORK, Inc., odštěpný závod, Company ID (IČO) 05274630, registered office Fügnerovo náměstí 1808/3, Nové Město, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic ("we").
The portal lets MY TREES members — new and existing — create and manage an account and verify membership and investment records (portfolio, wallets, sponsorship tree, order history) migrated from the legacy systems. The portal is not a subscription offer or an investment offering; the records shown reflect the existing state of your membership. Shares in MY TREES Holding SE are kept separately, in the holdings.mytrees.click application.
Access requires an account (by email and password, or via Google). Some parts are still in a closed beta, open to invited testers only. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
During onboarding we ask you to verify your migrated details and portfolio. By confirming, you represent that the information is correct to the best of your knowledge. Report discrepancies to support@mytrees.click.
Rights and obligations arising from membership, sales and the loyalty programme are governed by the full Terms & Conditions: mytrees.online/vseobecne-obchodni-podminky. In case of conflict, those prevail.
The portal is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to ensure migrated data is correct, but we do not warrant uninterrupted availability or freedom from error during the ongoing migration.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
